Cayce McCabe

He/Him

Cayce, co-founder and partner, is widely recognized and highly sought-after as a leading creative in political advertising.

Cayce grew up attending his parents’ theater rehearsals in Orlando and playing jazz saxophone. He attended law school at Florida State University and then took a brief hiatus to produce hip-hop beats in Atlanta, before managing insurgent progressive campaigns in Boston. For the last ten years, Cayce has been working as a media strategist at one of the country’s leading Democratic media firms.

It’s Cayce’s experience in law and campaign management that gives him a strong foundation in campaign strategy and tactics, while his rich experiences in music and film make him a rare cinematic storyteller in an industry of dull, cookie-cutter political ads. Blending those backgrounds has helped Cayce write and direct some of the most viral and successful ads in politics.

Cayce’s most acclaimed ad, MJ Hegar’s viral video Doors, exploded to nearly six million views online, and raised millions of dollars for the campaign in the process. The ad was named Adweek’s “Top 25 Ads of 2018,” the first time a political ad has ever made the list. Adweek called Doors, “a role model for countless campaigns in the years to come.” Hamilton creator Lin Manuel Miranda called it, “The best political ad anyone’s ever seen.” And VICE and Don't Look Up writer and director Adam McKay said, “Best campaign commercial ever? Seriously.”

In over ten years in the industry, Cayce has produced advertising for six US Senate races, five Gubernatorial races, forty-three US house races, and one Presidential. His ads have featured Barack Obama, John Leguizamo, Patton Oswalt, Jason Alexander, and NBA Champion Paul Pierce and have won a Shorty Award, Shortlists for The One Show and D&AD, four Addy awards, eight Emmys, thirty-nine Pollie awards, and the most coveted award in advertising – a Clio.

Cayce lives in Washington DC with his fiancé, Casey, and two dogs, Pojo and RZA.
