Christina Jansen

She/Her

Christina, co-founder and advisor, has nearly a decade of experience in the world of political campaign operations, with an expertise in budgeting and paid communications planning.

Her journey in politics began with an out-of-the-blue decision to take a semester off from college to instead go out on the road and organize for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. After catching the bug there, she dropped everything and committed to helping progressive candidates get elected to office. Which is why, shortly after graduating, on the drive home to the Bay Area from Austin, Christina found herself in Las Vegas. She stopped in to interview with the Rosen campaign, and was hired to oversee their compliance, budgeting, and operations. The campaign went on to become the only senate flips of the cycle.

Since then, Christina has effectively and efficiently managed $100M+ paid communication budgets, overseen operations for large scale political programs, and directed media planning and buying in dozens of congressional districts for the DCCC IE. Her comprehensive skill set and attention to detail were instrumental in achieving desired outcomes.

Excited by the opportunity to help build one of the strongest businesses in the political space, Christina has embarked on a new chapter with the Adwell Group. She still finds herself jumping in to help campaigns, SuperPACs, committees, and other clients where her expertise and work experience can be helpful, but her focus has been on working behind the scenes to free up the exceptional creative and political minds at the firm to best serve the needs of all their clients.

When she isn’t attempting an overly ambitious recipe, Christina is probably playing squash or winning marathons at astoundingly slow mile times.
