Elise Convy Madison, Managing Director, is an experienced C-suite executive with over a decade of experience in leadership roles across political, advocacy, and non-profit sectors. She has a proven track record building and managing large-scale programs and teams with complex budgets and 15 years experience designing and strengthening revenue streams.

In her most recent role as Chief Development Officer for People For the American Way, a national progressive advocacy organization, Elise actively pursued her passion for advancing social justice causes. Her extensive experience in strategic donor relations, successful fundraising campaigns, and fostering organizational growth has been instrumental in driving the organization's mission forward.

Elise's expertise also encompasses building and managing political fundraising campaigns. Notably, she served as the National Finance Director for Senator Amy Klobuchar’s 2020 presidential campaign, where her leadership led the fundraising team to raise over $53 million from 450,000 supporters during the Amy for America campaign. Prior to the presidential campaign, Elise served as Senator Klobuchar’s Finance Director for her 2018 Senate re-election campaign and as Deputy Finance Director with the Minnesota Democratic State Party.

Additionally, Elise has made substantial contributions to democratic institutions, managing accounts for the DNC’s grassroots fundraising program, Dollars for Democrats, the State of Minnesota, and various federal and state candidates.

Elise lives in Minneapolis with her husband Scott, their son Jack, and their German Shepherd Oliver.
